This is the home of Jed Hassell, bodybuilding and fitness. 

I am 17years old standing at 6.1" and weighing in at 181lbs (13Stone) And I recently competed in the U21 NPA South East Bodybuilding show where I placed 4th.
   This website is all about my latest updates, modeling pictures, meal plans and what im up to in the gym. Here you can find my current training splits, weight I am lifting, stats and all that great stuff! So if you are looking to bulk up, tone, lose some fat, what ever, feel free to email me and i will try my best to help you out with what ever you need to do to reach your goals. Im no professional with nutrition etc.. But I can tell you what has worked for me and maybe it can do the same for you.
